v Four year degree

v 10-15 years of work experience in retail sales, retail sales management and retail sales training

v Previous hands on management of a retail sales force essential

v Expert level communication and presentation skills

v Strong organizational, time management and understanding of sales force

v Expert in sales planning, exceeding sales goals, merchandising and marketing

v Expert team builder and high motivational skills

v Advanced financial management, leadership and negotiation skills

v Ability to travel up to 50% of time

v Strong listening and interpersonal skills
