SERVICE SALES SPECIALIST

Position Summary

The Service Sales Specialist will be responsible for all service sales and service account activities within a defined territory and to aggressively increase IES?s market share within the territory through a mix of sales and marketing activities.  The Service Sales Specialist has direct sales responsibility for securing reoccurring service business from commercial, institutional and industrial customers and insuring their customer?s satisfaction with all work performed by the IES Services Team.Essential ResponsibilitiesResponsible for coordination of all client relationship opportunities: Site contact, account management, proposals, budgeting, Service contracts and warrantee work orders.Ability to work effectively managing multiple jobs with multiple prioritiesAbility to Identify, qualify and close Sales opportunitiesRepresents organization at trades associations and required meetings to promote company Establishes Key Strategic Partner relationshipsAbility to achieve monthly sales quotasCoordinates sales through client coordinatorSupport Marketing related programs and initiatives as requiredAbility to make outbound marketing and customer base development callsAdherence to Company policies and procedures as required for Service workQualifications (2-3) years in local market experience in a sales or marketing role with direct customer responsibilityMinimum of 2 years in Service?s Industry or General Construction  sales experienceExperience with field service sales, particularly in Electrical, or HVAC highly desirable Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionExcellent communications, interpersonal, and Customer Service skillsAbility to make professional sales presentationsProficiency with Word/Outlook/Excel/Power pointProfessional attitude and appearanceAbility to qualify and secure service opportunitiesExcellent paperwork skillsAbility to multi-task successfully Bachelor?s Degree related to marketing or construction a plusEOE
