The Senior Account Executive I - II is responsible for selling the company"s products to existing clients through maintenance of customer relationships. This position is assigned modules of 200-240 accounts and is responsible for contacting customers on a monthly basis to maintain positive account relationships, and expanding relationships by uncovering customer needs and selling additional products and services. The Senior Account Executive also works with System Designers to develop proposals and plans.



MODULE CHARACTERISTICS/OBJECTIVE:The Outbound Sales Senior AE will be assigned large, single and multi-location accounts with complex data and emerging technology requirements. Customer decision making could be handled on either a centralized or decentralized basis. Customers are located in heavy commercial concentrations and subject to aggressive competitive threats across local exchange, network and systems integration applications. Typically, the Outbound Sales Senior AE will be assigned the highest value Outbound Sales customers. Incumbents will have objectives focused on revenue generation, base management, market development and customer satisfaction.
PRIMARY PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS:The Outbound Sales Senior AE will be responsible for customers whose needs will require standard and/or customized applications that represent value creating selling opportunities from the BellSouth product line. An understanding of product and service applications based on strong technical knowledge is required for all products and services as well as functional knowledge of emerging technology applications.

 

Min requirements:

Must have at least 2 yrs of business to business sales experience.
