Sales – Commercial HVAC Service Sales
Description of Company
The company is a commercial property maintenance and construction organization which is based in North Dallas. The customer base primarily consists of businesses including retail and restaurant chains, commercial property owners and managers and construction projects. The company is experiencing rapid growth.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary is commensurate with experience. Benefits for our employees include group health insurance, holidays and vacation.
The Position
The firm is seeking an experienced commercial service sales person. Candidate must have industry experience. The candidate must have experience in chillers, boilers, EMS, CRAC and package types of equipment. The candidate must also have knowledge of plumbing codes and systems of all types.
Skills and Background
Experience in HVAC/Plumbing.Experience with chillers, boilers, EMS, CRAC and package types of equipment.Excellent knowledge of costs for labor and parts for HVAC/Plumbing and plumbing codes and system.Excellent analytical, skills balanced judgment and demonstrated leadership skills.Strong verbal communication skills.Must be able to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
