Sales Account Administrator
Job Summary This is a career opportunity within a progressive, stable and exciting environment. We want self-motivated people who are also motivated when a portion of their compensation is directly related to their sales, negotiating, marketing and organization skills. Work with existing sales reps and regional managers focusing your efforts on new and existing customers with targeted sales quotas. This motivated person must be able to work well in a team environment, have excellent inter-personal skills, and be customer focused. This individual will be spending a great deal of time talking to customers and other members of their team over the phone. Being very comfortable communicating with others over the phone is a must. The individual must like to do research and not be comfortable until the answer is found. This job requires taking direction from several other team members so being able to prioritize is extremely important. This is a sale environment job with growth potential for the right individual. Education A Bachelors degree in a related field and 1-3 years sales experience is prefered. Experience We're looking for someone who has the ability to engage in high-level business conversations with an interest in software technology. A Bachelors degree in a related field and 1-3 years sales experience is prefered. Self-starters who demonstrate the ability to promote new and existing product lines and excel in a quota-driven sales environment. Knowing what needs to be done to reach a goal and doing it combined with experience working within a team environment is required. We prefer experience within the heatlhcare industry in a sales or related capacity. Must be able to deal with multiple complex issues with several departments and customers using computer and medical terminology. Experience working with business tools (Excel, Word, email, etc.) is required as well as excellent business writing and verbal communication skills. Travel Approximately 25% Location Description This position is located in Salt Lake City, UT Relocation Eligibility Relocation benefits are not available. Other The following describes the most important objectives the person filling this position will need to meet within the first year in order to be successful in the position:
1) Within 3 weeks present a process or plan for learning internal sales administration processes and product offerings. 2) Within 30 days be prepared to present a sale of an upgrade, add-on, or renewal to a customer. 3) Within 60 days be ready to have a territory assigned. 4) Within 90 days complete a contract or obtain a PO for upgrade/add-on-renewal business totaling $10K by closing 1 or 2 sales. 5) Develop a plan or process to identify all 180 day renewal candidates by working with your assigned Account Manager. Create an action plan for making contact with 100% of renewal customers within the policy of 180 days prior to renewal date.
