Role: Sales Account Advisor, Small Group
Location: Dallas, TX

Assignment Capsule

Educate employers and employees on Humana services.

Conduct enrollment meetings (new and renewal).

Provide support to other market's cases in the area when requested.

Support sales executives in the office and telephonic sales execs with timely follow through and responsiveness.

Proactively educate brokers and agency staff on how to complete enrollment materials.

Assist broker with re-enrollment at renewal or whenever multiple plan changes are being implemented.

Visit key new customers after implementation to educate on routine administrative tasks.

Hold monthly education sessions for all newly effective employer accounts to educate on employer portal functions.

Assist employers in web registration, and train on web administrative functions and call employers on a quarterly basis to offer additional education.

Role Essentials

2-year degree or equivalent work experience

Must have General Health Insurance license.

1 to 2 years experience with health benefits.

Available to work flexible hours when necessary.

Some travel required.

Role Desirables

The ability to research a problem/question, find the answer, and deliver the solution to the customer.

Knowledge of underwriting practices helpful.

Familiar with TDI small business regulations.

Reporting Relationships
You will be in the Commercial/Group Sales area under the direction of the Director of Sales for Small Group Business.
