Sales Account Executive

Opportunity

 

Sales Account Executive position within an entrepreneurial company engaged in offering payment services to money transmission companies sending international remittance funds between the U.S. and Mexico.

 

Position Summary

 



The Sales Account Executive will be part of Transnetwork?s Sales Team and will be the primary point of contact with prospects and existing clients to secure new and recurring business.  The responsibilities include developing and nurturing client relationships ensuring a consistent flow of new revenues for the company as stated in the Company?s annual sales goals.





 

Responsibilities



 

? Establish and nurture long-term relationships with companies in the money transmission industry.

? Manage a portfolio of new and existing clients.

? Identify and understand clients? overall needs and provide solutions to clients with the goal of growing transaction volumes sent through Company?s payment network.

? Create sales opportunities from existing clients.

? Develop and execute account plans.

? Assemble the necessary resources to deliver solutions.

? Coordinate implementation with appropriate teams.

? Prepare and present professional proposals to clients.

? Obtain all required information from new and existing clients in order to maintain current and updated customer files.

? Work closely with other areas of the Company including Compliance Department, Operations Department, and IT Department in order to address clients? needs.

? Perform due diligence and financial credit studies of prospect clients.

? Responsible for performing annual review of existing clients which must include a review of the overall client relationship, review of client?s file, and personal call to the client.

? Follow up with customer requests and/or problems to ensure high customer service.



 

Qualifications Requirements

 

? Minimum of BS, BA, or BBA degree

? Knowledge of and experience in the Hispanic market and Money Remittance industry a plus

? Sales and relationship management experience with a proven track record of success

? Effective presentation skills, with specific experience presenting to clients? executive management team.

? An ability to effectively manage multiple new business opportunities

? Bilingual with command of verbal and written English and Spanish

? Skilled in MS Office software
