Role Responsibilities:

Leverages a consultative style in account management through the implementation of the strategic relationship management process.

Exemplifies Humana's value proposition by prioritizing clients, implementing best-in-class renewal and enrollment, managing the customer intelligence process, and winning profitable business without undermining our value proposition.

Manages retention and growth of a complex book of business.

Presents and sells all renewals.

Sells Humana's consumer driven health plans as well as dental and life insurance to existing Humana clients.

Assists the client with the definition of their current and future needs.

Performs Customer analysis of their current state through financial and data analysis.

Evaluates customer's business options and choices.

Establishes goals and measures for retention and growth.

Role Essentials:

Bachelor's degree required
State licensure for life, health, and accident required
Three to five years (3-5) of health insurance sales and service experience required. Other sales or service related experience with benefits managers or employers is acceptable.
