Sales Account Executive (South West Texas)
The Account Executive is responsible for 100% ownership of assigned Industrial Distributor, limited OEM?s, End User account base and new account acquisition supporting existing Rexnord business and achieving 100% quota while working towards Rexnord?s profitability and top line growth stretch goals.
Education
BS Industrial Technologies/Mechanical Engineering/ Industrial Distribution or related field
Experience
3-7 years outside technical sales; Power Transmission industry experience preferred. In addition, this position deals heavily with customers within the cement, aggregate, petrochem, and food & beverage industry. Therefore, prior sales experience within these industries is preferred.
Special Skills/Abilities
Strong technical / Mechanical aptitude, communication, attention to detail, interpersonal and time
management skills. Computer skills including spreadsheet applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
Territory:
This geography covers the state of Texas in the Western Houston, San Antonio, Austin and Southwestern Texas area. Candidate will work from a home office. 20% on the road sales related travel, with about 4 to 5 overnight trips a month.
