The Account Executive is responsible for 100% ownership of assigned Industrial Distributor, OEM, End User account base and new account acquisition supporting existing Rexnord business and achieving 100% quota while working towards Rexnord?s profitability and top line growth stretch goals.

Education

BS Industrial Technologies/Mechanical Engineering/ Industrial Distribution or related field

Experience

3-7 years outside technical sales; Power Transmission industry experience preferred. In addition, this position deals heavily with customers within the forest products (pulp and paper, lumber), cement, aggregate, and food & beverage. Therefore, prior sales experience within these industries is preferred.

Special Skills/Abilities

Strong technical/Mechanical aptitude, communication, attention to detail, interpersonal and time

management skills. Computer skills including spreadsheet applications and Microsoft Office Suite.

Territory:

This geography covers the state of Oklahoma and Northern Arkansas (North of Little Rock and East to Batesville, AR). Candidate will work from a home office. 20% on the road sales related travel, with about 4 to 5 overnight trips a month.
