Sales Administrative Coordinator

Ryder is seeking a Sales Administrative Coordinator who will be responsible for providing secretarial and clerical support to the Director of Sales, including a full range of duties to include setting up and typing reports, memos, presentations and correspondence often of a technical and/or confidential nature, composing routine correspondence, maintain working calendar for sales force.

Position will require contacting customers. Individual will be responsible for filing and maintaining completed documents. Individual will assist in phone calls with clients and customers resolving issues or concerns.

Financial responsibilities will include calculating charges and reviewing documents for correctness.

 

Education/Experience/Skills/Required Qualifications:

 

High school diploma is required with a preference to have college coursework or degree. Must be proficient with MS Office, Excel, and have the ability to quickly learn other company specific programs. Must possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, prior experience with customer service or customer contact is preferred. Candidate must have the ability to be detailed, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks in a timely manner as well as be a team player.
