Job Description

?Responsible for administrative support of the Vice President of Dental Sales and Service as well as the sales teams. Directly responsible for the coordination and implementation of all departmental projects and local trade shows. This position also entails extensive administrative support for Field Sales personnel.
?General administrative duties to support the Vice President of Dental Sales and Service, including scheduling and meeting coordination, expense processing, vacation requests, miscellaneous forms processing. Additional administrative support for Dental Sales Management team as needed.
?Organization of team administration tools such as territory lists, group contact lists, E-mail lists, birthday lists, etc.
?Coordinating all functions to support 250+ annual local trade shows, including budgeting, registration, payment processing and supply procurement.
?Process department purchasing and payment requests, tracking requests to ensure procurement and payment is made.
?Distribute sales correspondence and supplies to Field Sales and Inside Sales teams.
?Coordinate new hire and termination processes, including paperwork, supply requisition and orientation scheduling.

Requirements

?Excellent organizational and time management skills.
?Strong customer service and interpersonal skills; able to coordinate functions with various individuals, departments and organizations (Including internal customers and external vendors).
?Strong writing skills with a knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
?Bachelors or Associate degree a plus?2-3 years administrative experience preferred.
