Sales Administrator II

Processes customer orders or changes on orders within order management and CRM systems. Verifies accuracy of orders and order changes and resolves order problems with sales management, sales reps, customer support and external customers. Performs other administrative duties as requested. Operates under general supervision, but within established guidelines and procedures. May provide work direction to less senior administrators.



Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Processes software orders within order entry system to to allow for a smooth hand off to Distribution and for an on time order fulfillment.

Creates and routes various support cases and critical order/implementation information within the CRM system allowing for company wide visibility to ensure timely follow up with customers by the appropriate departments.

Monitors incoming phone queues providing internal and external customers access to serial numbers and license keys to unlock licensed software.

Maintains accurate address and customer master information within the order management and CRM systems ensuring proper contact and licensing information is in place for future shipments and billings.

Creates no charge software contracts for customers changing hardware systems ensuring accurate licensing data within our order management systems.

Researches customer order and accounting history providing feedback to other functional areas within the organization

Monitors various email inboxes and distribution lists providing responses to internal and external customer base.

Exercise effective leadership skills for assigned subordinates in the areas of coaching, personnel development, and performance management as well as the related management responsibilities of staffing, work assignment, planning, and communications. (required for all jobs with assigned people responsibility)

Perform other/additional duties and projects that may be periodically assigned.


Requirements:

Minimum:
High School Diploma

4 -5 years order processing or other related work experience;

Attention to detail; proficient with Microsoft suite of products; proficient with order entry and CRM systems; strong customer service skills; strong written and verbal communication



Preferred:
College Degree - BA
