Sales Advisors

Position Description: Westaff is currently recruiting a fall class of SALES ADVISORS for one of the areas most unique and innovative national property and casualty insurance comapnies. The Akron, OH office is expanding and we are looking for dynamic individuals to join the Sales Team! As a Sales Advisor you will take in-bound calls and service requests from policyholders, as well as make outbound calls to qualified leads. Position Requirements:

* Expereince in a call center environment taking inbound sales and service requests
* Experience making outbound calls to leads and CLOSING
* 1-2 years sales and CSR experience
* Superior communication and computer proficiency
* Ability to work independently and multi-task with critical thinking skills
* Experiecne in an agency where multiple lines are represented, preferred
* * A P&C lecense is perferred. If you have the above qualifications but not a P&C license, training for P&C license will be provided. Passing the exam is a condition of continued employment.
