An Associate Agent is an entry- level position in the agent job family with Randstad. It is similar to an Agent and works with both Clients and Talent to identify employment needs and priorities and provide solutions that meet and exceed expectations. Associate Agents consultatively sell Randstad's staffing solutions to client and prospect companies by building and managing those relationships for business development purposes. They also recruit, interview, coach and develop Talent for whom they find appropriate positions. Associate Agents are committed to delivering a high level of service to our Talent, our Clients and their colleagues.

Please Note: All new employees will be required to attend training in Atlanta, Georgia.



Successful candidates will have:
*The accountability to deliver positive, measurable results.
*The accountability to collaborate on a team with excellence, dignity and respect.
*The desire to work in a team-focused environment.
*One-Two years of professional work experience in the life sciences or biotech fields is desirable.

A Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology or pharmacology is strongly preferred.
