As a Sales Analyst working in our San Leandro, CA, office you will play an integral part in helping our sales force move their prospects through the entire sales process. You will quickly learn every aspect of our business as you respond to inquiries from prospective customers and ensure that they are satisfied with the help they receive. World-class Excel skills will be essential in contract entry and processing, as well as creating and manipulating the spreadsheets and data that highlight different sales scenarios. You will be valued as a team player when you pitch in and help make travel arrangements, schedule meetings, and arrange catering for the occasional lunch. Meticulous attention to detail combined with prior experience using a sales management tool such as Salesforce.com will allow you to enter and maintain the Web-based prospect records that are so important to our business. As a college graduate armed with solid Business, Marketing, Accounting and/or Sales related course work you will have the academic background and breadth of experience needed to interact professionally with our management team and to provide optimal support across the whole sales operations spectrum.
