 Job Description:


 


This position works with our cusotmer's internal data system.  The role supports and focuses on the Convienence Store channel with detailed tracking and analysis


 


 Key Responsibilities:







Ensure accuracy of sales information and investigate any discrepancies. Responsible for consistent formatting of all reports.

Responsible for accurate consolidation of information into useable format i.e., promotionalrecaps, sell-thru period repot, corporate sales roll-up, ad hoc requests.

Conduct in-depth analysis of customer data that include opportunities (new distribution and promotion), trends, channel/customer comparisons, and others as needed.

Support customer-marketing activities by helping to coordinate sampling programs, account program administration i.e., contests, character appearances.

Provide customized account/channel data to support efforts with customer and internal presentations.



Key Skills Required:


Demonstrated ability to work with proprietary system called M'Pulse.

Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make appropriate recommendations.

Ability to identify information needs / solve problems (technical and business related).

Demonstrated ability to analyze and assimilate market data.

Ability to work well with others / Strong interpersonal skills.

Strong communication skills both written and oral.
Demonstrated ability to work independently.
Demonstrates ability to understand financial concepts and measurements including return on investment and profit / loss paybacks.


 


Minimum Qualifications:
2 year(s) of  related work experience
Ability to travel 5 - 10% of the time


Proficient in computer software applications to include: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint and Microsoft Word.


High school diploma or GED


Successful completion of a drug and background screen



Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of related work experience
4 year college degree


Proficient in computer software applications to include: M'Pulse and/or Retail link
