Appointment Setter

 

Appointment setters call prospective business to business customers and set appointments for our outside sales staff.

 

Requirements

 

The successful candidate must have a clear, crisp and friendly voice that establishes rapport and respect. The successful candidate will be mature, assertive (without being aggressive) while not necessarily taking no for the first answer.

 

Minimum 2 years in the business to business marketplace;

Minimum 2 years outbound, btob cold calling & appointment setting;

Ability to navigate throughout the entire prospect organization;

Possess high energy, enthusiasm, and a results oriented mind set;

Have a working knowledge of ACT Contact Management software;

Be available to phone a minimum of 4 hours daily;

Have a home office computer with printer, fax, email and internet access;

Successful candidate will be a home based, independent contractor;

 

Company will pay a flat hourly rate of $15.00 an hour with a minimum commitment of 20 hours a week.

 

Candidates must be available for a telephone interview, leading to an in-person interview at our corporate office, located in Lancaster, PA.
