Sales Assistant / Account Exec

Expanding Electronic component distributor looking to add two new associates to the sales force. One opening as an account executive and one opening for a sales assistant. Both individuals should be outgoing, eager to learn, success driven and goal oriented. Sales experience not necessary for the assistant position. Both jobs are base salary + commission + benefits. Fun, unique, casual work environment. Past promotions have included: 4&7 day Cruises, week long and wknd vacations, cash incentives, an ATV, & a Jet Ski.

Brief job description: Inside telephone sales to world wide electronic component buyers who get paid to buy what you sell. Cold calling, referrals, networking and industry research will help you to establish your customers.

Sales Assistant:
- Track and expedite daily orders for your manager
-Help research and grow the business
-Field incoming calls from customers and make out going calls to suppliers
-Enter orders, and assist with paperwork
-Learn the business in 3-6 months to go into sales on your own

Sales Executive:
-Prospect and establish relationships with new and existing customers
-Grow your business through cold calling, referrals and research
