Nonex, LLC is a progressive new company (funded and managed by an established, successful valley business) with a unique, patented technology for non-explosive rock breaking.  The company?s aggressive business plan for rapid growth is to supply the high demand for an alternative method of fragmenting materials in sensitive environments.  Our primary markets are construction, stone quarries, mining and military applications.

 

We are seeking energetic, outgoing sales assistants to support our field sales representatives.  This is a great opportunity for a quick learner, who loves people and occasional travel, to get exposed to a wide range of job functions.  The individual will be trained and work in our Scottsdale office providing comprehensive support to an assigned technical sales rep and customer group, and will also accompany the sales rep to conferences and trade shows as a key part of the sales/customer service team.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

?  Daily phone contact with sales people, vendors, and customers, maintaining high service level

?  Make arrangements for all travel and entertainment

?  Help orchestrate and attend trade shows, working the booth and hospitality suite with technical sales rep to greet and interview customers.

?  Provide marketing/presentation materials to sales rep and customers

?  Prepare materials and reports as requested by sales rep

?  Take phone dictation of letters, sales call reports, etc.

?  Research prospective customers

?  Process customer orders against established accounts; track orders and shipping

?  Maintain open and active communications with assigned sales rep; respond to requests and inquiries

?  Provide backup support for other sales reps as needed

 

REQUIREMENTS:Travel several weeks per yearEnthusiastic, with excellent communication and people skills (on phone & face-to-face)Ability to develop and maintain good working relationshipsAptitude for sales and a sales mentality.Must be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and have ability to learn new softwareFlexible, adaptable and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneouslyGood organizational and problem solving skillsPresentation or performance experience desirable

 

Salary: $30,000/year + commission/bonus
