Sales Assistant for Investment Company

OfficeTeam has an excellent opportunity with great growth potential for an Investment Company in Portsmouth. This position will support the sales department and be an integral part of the team. Responsibilities will include compiling information, generating reports and analyzing stats as requested. You will update and maintain the contact database using ACT!. Work will include using the Internet for researching and organizing leads as well as preparing mass mailers. Additional work will include inventory and database maintenance. Excel will be used in data entry and report generation. The ability to manipulate data and create new formulas is preferred. PowerPoint will be used to manipulate slides, make new presentations and update existing slides. ACT! will be used to manage leads and account information. This position calls for someone with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Priorities will change quickly so the ability to multi-task is important.
