This Sales Associate position will focus on Commercial Security Contract acquisition and have a Salary plus Commission Pay Plan. Office space and equipment is located near in our Norfolk, Virginia office, with free parking, vacation, paid holiday, capability and company history training.

Interested candidates are advised that during this business start-up, health benefits will not become available until the level of employees reaches a point where employee group coverage plans become financially advantageous for the employee. However, we have government contract acquisitions underway as well, and with you help, we can realize this simple goal quickly.

This is a high profile, challenging position which requires the candidate to gain a strong hold on the proud history of our company and cheerlead this on to all potential and current clients. Trust us; having pride in the company?s accomplishments and capabilities will not be a difficult task. The candidate must pursue and create a loyal customer base. Marketing materials are available, as well as the ability to develop additional sales collateral. The position reports directly to the Director of US Operations.

REQUIREMENTS
Background experience in the Security Guard Industry preferred.
Valid Driver?s License.
Reliable Automobile.
Minimum 3 years of verifiably successful sales experience.
College Degree or equivalent sales experience considered
Outstanding communication skills, including strong presentation skills.
Personal computer skills in all Microsoft programs including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to learn complex security service capabilities.
Strong work ethic, self-motivated and willingness to be a team player.
Ability to continue client contact and care after contract acquisition
Desire a long-term (career) position with a locally growing ?world leader? in the industry.
