CompHealth, a CHG Healthcare Services company, has an opening for Recruiter to assist in setting and achieving sales goals for its Physician & Allied Search division.

 

Description:
*Marketing CompHealth services to prospective clients, which would include hospitals, private physician groups, multi-specialty clinics and other venues where healthcare services are provided.
*Identifying the decision makers and the staffing needs of each center by asking inquisitive and open ended questions
*Ability to assess candidates to be marketed based on skill sets and geographic preferences or requirements
*Develops marketing strategies within targeted market
*Ensures completeness of sales cycle, which includes, sending, negotiating, and receiving the executed staffing agreement from prospective clients

 

Required Experience:


*Minimum of one year experience in the direct sales of products or services
*Ability to close prospects and develop new business
*Ability to work within a goal driven environment
*Ability to manage complex sales cycle
*Ability to communicate and understand professional level service needs
*Ability to understand and interpret financial data
*Ability to be persuasive and influential in verbal and written communications
*Communicate in an understandable manner
*Ability to devise and execute work goals independently
*Ability to manage time effectively
*Ability to integrate individual efforts to team objectives and processes

 

Required Education:


College level education
