Come work for American Recruiters / Engineering Development Team if you're a Search Consultant who fills Engineering, Architecture, and Consturction positions; determines talent acquisition objectives; builds candidate database; identifies recruiting sources; establishes candidate qualifications and reasons for change; refers qualified candidates; extends employment offers; prepares recruiting and hiring reports; updates job knowledge; enhances organization reputation, and most importantly help make a difference in the lives of your candidates and profitability of your clients.

Qualifications

Articulates ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience.

Conducts consistent behavioral interviews that focus on assessing a candidate's qualifications and fit.

Has full life-cycle recruiting knowledge that includes experience with a candidate tracking system, recruiting on the Internet, and extensive command of IT terminology.

Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships.

Uses organizational knowledge to maneuver through formal and informal channels to get things done quickly and effectively.

Excellent people skills. Interacts effectively and works productively with a wide range of people.

Ability to effectively handle escalations and time critical issues. Meets goals despite unexpected setbacks, obstacles, or time constraints.

Highly productive with minimal guidance or supervision.

Capable of organizing work for self and others to maximize productivity and increase efficiency for data entry.

Highly proactive. Chooses to take initiative and ownership of projects.

BA/BS or equivalent experience. Expereince welcomed, but not required.
