Sales & Marketing Supervisor - (R6356)

Currently, we have an excellent opportunity available for a Sales & Marketing Supervisor to join our rapidly growing company. This position is located in our Carrollton, TX office and the job code is R6356.

Primary responsibilities for this position include:
* Support the sales and marketing staff to produce top level proposals, respond to RFP's and update marketing and sales materials
* Builds and maintains relationships with the sales and business development staff
* Send information to prospective clients and brokers from referrals, leads and RFP's
* Enhance sales and marketing products based on industry and customer profile; customize standard proposals on their hot points and needs
* Updates lead tracking systems with relevant information/contacts related to each producer and works with Upshot and Corporate Rain for producers deals and broker contacts
* Maintains leads and tracks the RFP process through the quote, presentation, negotiation, and sales cycle
* Help the producer identify potential customer needs and determines the type of proposal to submit

Qualified Candidates Will Have:
* High School Diploma or equivalency
* 3-5 years marketing, technical writing, or journalism experience
* College degree preferred or Business equivalent required
* A minimum of 3 years technical writing or journalism required
* Prior supervisory experience preferred
* Relevant courses or professional designations preferred
* Drivers license and transportation required
* Ability to excel in professional environment
* Flexibility in performance of job duties as assigned
