We seek experienced technology salespeople and technical recruiters to come excel with us while earning excellent money. This is definitely a growth opportunity for individuals with more than two years of professional selling and/or recruiting experience. This is NOT a senior or management level position. While we commend individuals with 10+ years of experience, this is not the position for you.

The ideal sales candidate offers Pierce: 2-6 years experience selling professional services ? which need not be in IT consulting but would be a plus. A highly motivated, assertive selling spirit A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas The ability to manage time efficiently Enthusiasm to meet sales goals despite challenges Ambition to become top sales person in the IT industry Interest in learning new skills Excellent communication skills both on the telephone and in-person Drive Focus Honesty The desire to do what it takes to be successful A polished presentation Excellent organizational skills A team player attitude A strong work ethic



The ideal technical recruiting candidate offers Pierce: Excellent phone skills (cold calling experience is a plus). PC-literacy (Word, Excel, Internet). Ability to multi-task effectively. Some technical recruiting experience is a huge plus, but is not mandatory challenges Interest in learning new skills Excellent communication skills both on the telephone and in-person Drive Focus Honesty The desire to do what it takes to be successful Excellent organizational skills A team player attitude A strong work ethic
