The ultimate responsibilities of a Sales and Business Development Manager (SBDM) are to grow and sustain profitable sales by meeting sales plans. These Managers are key to implementing AVON field strategy which is critical to the achievement of direct selling excellence. They implement AVON strategies by recruiting, motivating and training hundreds of Avon Representatives and in doing so, achieve sales objectives. They help the Representatives achieve personal and career goals. They provide leadership in a territory that can generate up to $2,000,000 a year.

Requirements:

We are looking for Sales Managers who have experience in management, field sales/service, and recruiting/cold calling. Excellent interpersonal skills are required to recruit, train, and motivate sales representatives. Creativity, leadership, and business acumen are essential. Multi-level marketing experience a plus. Spanish/English bilingual skills are preferred. Diversity candidates are welcome.
