Description of Position

This is a professional business-to-business sales position in our air courier division that is focused on national accounts. The successful candidate for the position of Senior Account Executive will be an experienced sales professional (preferably in the air freight industry) with strong presentation skills and diligent follow-up. The position requires telephone prospecting, written communication and travel for direct presentation. Senior Account Executives at Crossroads Courier are responsible for managing both geographic and vertical market territories, reporting the status of customers and prospects at the weekly sales meeting, submitting a weekly sales plan, and preparing annual sales forecast. Achieving monthly sales goals is the direct measure of success in this job.

 

QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent job experience 3 to 5 years business-to-business national account sales experience Excellent verbal & written communication skills Strong organization and planning skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and contact management software Availability to travel one week per month Valid driver's license Must pass DMV and criminal background checks
