We have an excellent opportunity for a Sample Accountability Coordinator at our corporate headquarters in Lincolnshire, IL.

 

You will perform the following functions in this key role:Identify and investigate sample inventory discrepancies.  Assist Sales Representatives in managing sample inventories, tracking variances and conducting monthly inventory analysis to record errors.  Utilize a semi-complex records management system to document and analyze data to ensure sales representative compliance to FDA and PDMA guidelines and report violations upon discovery.  Act as the point-of-contact for the field sales force regarding questions related to TPNA policy and procedures and PDMA regulations. Assist Manager in data collection to support needs of the department.Manage the return process for terminated Sales Representatives through coordination with district Managers to ensure expedited recovery and return of all sample products.Initiate reporting of lost, stolen or unaccounted for samples, etc.Provide support in facilitating New Hire Sample Accountability Training on SMART initiatives and reinforce field education and direction at POA and National Sales meetings.Utilize sample accountability experience and knowledge to assist District Managers and Regional Sales Directors as they address sample performance trends at the Sales Representative level. Routinely work with IT to troubleshoot and address system issues, field changes and updates. 



You must possess the following requirements and experience to succeed in this position: High School diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or a related field. Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Must be able to travel. Inspiration Required...
