Seasoned Inside Sales - Negotiation Consultant; Uncapped Commission + Base

This position is located in Irvine, CA

RESPONSIBILITIES, include and are not limited to?.

 Negotiate, maintain acceptable contractractual relationships with landlord candidates and propose applicable programs with in corporate parameters and guidelines.

 Maintain a close relationship with the landlord ensuring all parties understand all required legal documents.

 Maintain all lead and relationship communications in FOCUS.

 Elicit assistance as required from Area Vice President, in house legal counsel, or other corporate personnel to assist the process.



PREFERRED KNOWLEDGES, include and are not limited to?

 Ability to analyze the landlord lease and quickly recognize which of the programs best fit the landlord?s needs.

 Ability to communicate articulately and diplomatically with all involved parties.

 Ability to manage company affairs with the highest level of integrity.

 Experience in one or more of the following fields is desirable:

Financial Training (CPA, CFA, Insurance or Financial Planner Securities Broker)
Real Estate salesperson, with successful track record
Mid-level manager in a transactional or servcie related industry background
Telecommunications, site acquisition consultant

 The candidate must be comfortable conversing with landlords at various professional levels; must be outgoing and at ease in the client?s environment.

 Must possess strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet.

 Must be able to convey legal / lease concepts, and explain how they would like to apply to the lessor?s benefit.
