Qualifications for Branch Manager Include:

 

?  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

?  Solid B2B sales experience

?  Negotiation skills

?  Strong leadership and the ability to encourage and maintain office morale

?  Employee relations ability

?  Supervisory experience

?  Bachelor's degree and 5 years business experience with an emphasis on outside sales and sales management

?  Experience in the staffing industry a plus
