Senior Account Executive (Software Sales)
Dean Evans and Associates, Inc. is looking to add an experienced Senior Account Executive to its software sales team. The company is the leading worldwide provider of room scheduling and event management software, EMS software. More than 3,000 clients worldwide use EMS software and the company has been in business since 1986.
The Senior Account Executive is responsible for selling all EMS software scheduling solutions to numerous industries including but not limited to corporate, higher education, religious, healthcare, government, cultural events, and k -12 school districts. The Senior Account Executive is also responsible for account management of existing accounts and selling additional modules, upgrades, and professional services to existing accounts.
Responsibilities include proactively identifying and closing new and existing account opportunities, performing Internet-based software demonstrations, occasionally traveling for trade shows and on-site presentations, and maintaining excellent customer service relations. Majority of the presentations will be done online using Webex.
Preferred Requirements:
? 2-4 years plus of software sales experience or comparable sales experience
? Proven track record of achieving quotas and exceeding goals
? Experience with larger deals / sales cycle ($10-50K+)
? Strong sales-related interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
? Stable work experience
? Strong work ethic
? 4 year college degree
