Responsibilities:



This position functions in a leadership role within a defined geographic service area. Working in concert with Sales and Operations, contributes sales information, research, analysis and recommendations to achieve market penetration goals and expansion of market share. Directs the activities of Account Executives within the service area for whom direct reporting is established. Actively pursues referrals in support of scan volume targets on assigned customers, where applicable. Actively leads and facilitates the training and development of new and current staff. Maintains ongoing communication with Alliance legal team to ensure compliance. Manages to an expense budget. Ensures that appropriate contacts are established and maintained in order to cultivate successful and beneficial relationships with internal and external customers. Encourages diligent, creative and consistent pursuit of new referral sources.







Qualifications:



EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Four-year degree in business or a related field with 2 years sales management and 5 years related sales experience preferably within the health care industry. Demonstrated experience in using basic financial principles, reports and data to develop business case recommendations. Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle and maintain a driving record within company standards.


SKILLS

Able to exercise a high degree of initiative, diagnostic imaging industry knowledge, judgment, discretion and decision-making and influence to achieve objectives. Ability to determine critical decision drivers and share information effectively with all levels of external and internal customers. Ability to build effective relationships, delegate responsibility, authority and provide appropriate direction to staff. Must be proficient with office software products such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and experience with Publisher is preferred. Must be proficient using the internet.
