Senior Account Executives-Base Salary+Commissions+Full Benefits

In addition to owning an award-winning Internet backbone network reaching over 60 U.S. major metropolitan markets, XO delivers product solutions that address the entire range of business communication needs, from voice to Web hosting, from Internet access and private data networking solutions, in any combination that suits the way a client?s business works. XO is seeking self starters with a burning desire to succeed.
We?re looking for high-energy individuals with aggressive hunting skills. The qualified candidate will have 3-5+ years of telecommunications sales experience in a quota driven position, and must have excellent prospecting and new business development skills.
Responsibilities:
Client Interaction- Responsible for selling XO products to customers within an assigned territory and/or assigned accounts. Carries a quota responsibility Solicits orders from present and prospective customers. Formulates and implements plans to acquire new customers as directed by the affiliate sales manager and/or director Seeks new uses and applications for company products with present and prospective customers. Advises management promptly of situations beyond assigned authority.
Staff Duties- Insure accurate order writing. Enter accurate account management information is in the company databases. Identify personal product and sales process training needs to develop training and career development plan.
Minimum Qualifications: 3 to 5 years direct telecommunication sales experience Major account sales responsibility Implementation of strategic plans Presentation Skills Analytical Capabilities "Outside the Box" Thinking Process Interpersonal Skills PC Literate
