Amazon.com is looking for an experienced negotiator to close digital licensing agreements with senior executives at large newspaper and magazine publishers.? This position requires someone with strong negotiation skills and account management competencies. This person will be accountable for identifying and prioritizing content providers; setting individual and team goals; creating and delivering compelling presentations about Amazon's digital media programs; negotiating terms; providing market feedback to product development; developing detailed forecasts; and reporting weekly progress.? This position offers significant potential for growth within Amazon.com, but will require very strong business, strategic and analytical skills.? This job will offer a fun and challenging experience in the early stages of a quickly evolving digital media market.



The ideal candidate is a savvy, professional, solution sales or business development executive who has a record of negotiating complex deals to close, preferably in the digital content licensing market.? This person must have knowledge of the digital media landscape and an ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment. Minimum 5 years of sales / business development experience required.? MBA desirable.
