SENIOR MANAGER, CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT


The Sr. Manager of Corporate Development will be an integral part of the Corporate Development team in identifying, evaluating and executing strategic transactions and investments. This person will evaluate acquisition opportunities and conduct research in target market segments which can provide growth opportunities for the company and extend our current product offering. They will work closely with other members of the corporate development team on due diligence, financial modeling and integration planning. This role involves significant cross-functional interaction. As such, this person will play a critical role in architecting the integration of acquired companies into Hyperion.





QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate will have strong quantitative and financial modeling skills with an expertise in valuation analysis. Equally important is an ability to clearly articulate both business and technology synergies of potential acquisitions. This person must be able to manage executive interactions with potential partners and targets. This person must also be able to navigate various cross functional processes and work well with other internal constituents.

Candidates should have investment Banking, private equity or M&A related experience in enterprise software.


EDUCATION

B.A. / B.S. is required. MBA is strongly preferred.
