Senior Sales Account Manager

TechExcel, Inc., a rapidly growing software development company in Lafayette, CA, has an immediate need for an experienced Sr. Account Manager to join its sales team.  TechExcel's innovative product line includes high-end, configurable CRM, Help Desk, and Defect and Project Tracking solutions.

The Sr. Sales Account Manager will be responsible for cultivating and closing all sales within his/her assigned territory.  Responsibilities include presenting technical product demonstrations of TechExcel's entire suite of software solutions, working closely with customers and prospects to identify opportunities while managing a 2-4 month sales cycle, and meeting monthly sales quotas.

Ideal candidates should have the following qualifications:

 

? 2+ years of sales experience with enterprise business software, preferably in
the software development tools, HelpDesk, or CRM market

 

? Excellent technical abilities and in depth knowledge of both the CRM and
Help Desk markets

 

? Experience demonstrating and selling CRM/Help Desk software solutions

 

? Proven track record of consistent above quota sales achievement

 

? Excellent written and oral communications skills and a solid team-player
attitude are also essential

 

? Bachelor's degree required; prefer degree in field of computer science, information technology, engineering or natural science
