Senior Sales Executive – Enterprise Software

A San Francisco Bay Area - Silicon Valley based company with focus in Application Life Cycle Management has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, hands on Director of Sales level executive who has aspirations to move up to a VP of Sales. The position will report to the CEO and is based in Silicon Valley. OTE is wide open and commensurate with the level of aggressiveness that the candidate is willing to demonstrate in setting and meeting targets. The product is mature and well accepted in the market with over 60 customers that have procured large number of licenses. The company has a development center in India for cost effectiveness and continued product enhancement. The company has been well funded by some well known Silicon Valley VC firms. Successful candidates will be technically competent in their understanding of various applications in an enterprise environment, must have proven record of achieving sales in excess of their targets and must present themselves well and communicate fluently to upper management in any organization. Must possess a college degree, (preferably a technical degree) and at least seven to ten years of experience in software sales to enterprises.
