Rational for Opening

This opportunity exists as we grow and expand this organization.  The inside sales organization is well established and the primary revenue generator for the company. This is a tremendous opportunity to take a thriving and successful program to the next level. Working with our staffing organization you will be given the opportunity to build your own sales team. We are looking for a seasoned, hands-on sales professional to grow this function. You will be a key contributor to the company and part of the senior management sales team.

 

 

Responsibilities

On a day to day basis, this individual will be responsible for leading a team of inside sales professionals. Manage the daily operations; Assist in all operational aspects of leading the your team including: ensuring productivity, quality and sales goals are met.

 

Management Experience:

- Significant expertise in outbound sales and support methods, measures and best practices.

- Responsible for the day-to-day operations and profitability for your sales team.

- Ability to identify and hire ?High Potential? sales staff.

- Experience must include a history managing list strategies.

- Evaluate and report key performance metrics to ensure best practices in sales.

- Participate in product and sales strategy meetings to further understand and communicate the company?s sales and marketing direction.

- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

- Proven excellence in sales leadership, organizational and time-management skills.

 

 

 

Sales Experience:

- Be the ?Best Sales Person? on your team.

- Must be able to recruit, motivate and coach your team.

- Skilled at using the phone to get sales, prepares list of leads, delivers benefit statements, handles objections, and records statistics to identify trends for improvement.

- Focuses the sales effort around identifying and fulfilling customers' current and future needs.

- Develop sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals for a portfolio of products and services.
- Problem-solve quickly and efficiently.

- Manage and mentor subordinates, growing their sales and people skills.

- Quality control to ensure all deals go through the ?first time?.

 

Training Experience:

- Coach and Mentor sales team at all levels.

- Constant process improvement efforts as it relates to training programs.

- Highly effective communication skills with the ability to adapt to different learning styles.

 

Qualifications:

- 5 years experience in an inside sales role.

- 2+ years managing ?On The Floor?.

- Excellent sales skills.

- Stable track record of success in this environment.

- Strong communication, training and coaching skills.

- Solid analytical and processing skills.

 

Compensation:  

Generous Base, plus Commission. Total Comp. between 150k to 175k.
