Senior Sales Representative - Enterprise Software

Well-funded mid-stage startup with several major customers is looking for a senior sales professional to work out of its San Francisco Bay area mid-Peninsula office. Individual will be responsible for developing new market verticals on the West Coast. This will include forecasting, pipeline development, product presentations, negotiating contracts and closing sales. The candidate should have a background of making complex sales of technology applications to Fortune 500 companies as well as an established network of West Coast contacts. Candidates must be able to document a track record of closing multiple mid to high six-figure transactions and consistently exceeding quota.Candidates for this position must possess over 5 years in software sales with experience selling to multiple organizational levels including C-level executives. Experience selling to the financial services industry is preferred. A bachelor's degree is required. This position reports directly to the CEO.The position carries an annual quota for license, first year maintenance and consulting. The position has a very attractive compensation package that is a combination of a competitive base salary, bonus plan, commissions and stock options.
