The incumbent participates in the coordination projects for systems development to provide solutions to corporate data processing and information needs. The incumbent gathers requirements, designs, codes and implements new software systems, as well as supports and enhances existing systems. This position is responsible for meeting the needs of internal customers by completing their systems requests in a courteous, accurate, and timely manner.

Required Qualifications:A four year college degree Two or more years of programming experience Working knowledge of COBOL, DB2 and JCL on an IBM MVS mainframe Ability to analyze the customer needs, design new or modify existing systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving ability and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:CICS experience FTP experience Experience with DB2 tools (i.e. QMF and SPUFI) Ability to interact with customers at various levels
