Sample Processing-3rd shift. No exp required

Kelly Scientific Resources had an immediate contract to hire opening for a 3rd shift Specimen Processor in Van Nuys. Responsibilities for this position will include: Receiving shipments containing patient samples from across the U.S.; Documenting physician orders in a laboratory information system; Sample handling to ready samples for delivery to over 15 onsite labs, some that perform assays that are not done anywhere else in the world; Differentiating problem samples; Storing samples after assay set up

We are looking for reliable, hard-working candidates that want a job with stability. This is a temp to hire position.

Applicants must have a HS Diploma along with fast and accurate typing and 10-key skills. Familiarity with medical lab functions and terminology preferred but not required.
