Title: Merchandising Manager ? Marine Products (Boating, Fishing, Watersports)
Position Objective:
Ritz Interactive, Inc. has an immediate opening for a smart, hardworking, experienced individual to join us as a Merchandise Manager ? Marine Products. The successful candidate will manage marine products merchandising across our network of ecommerce websites, including BoatersWorld.com, eAngler.com, OuterBanksOutfitters.com, BoatingOnly.com and FishingOnly.com.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities Merchandise marine products for network of Ritz Interactive websites Write copy and descriptions of marine products and accessories Recommend and develop marine related promotions and seasonal campaigns Recommend customer acquisition strategies Maintain business relationships with marine industry associations and supplier networks Develop and edit content for marine related community sites Recommend strategies for continued growth of marine categories
About you - Candidates for the position should have the following qualifications: Minimum two years formal education in Marketing, Business or Direct Marketing Bachelor Degree or equivalent preferable Online merchandising, marketing, ecommerce experience with marine products Strong project management skills Retail experience in marine industry preferable Experience with Endeca and CW Direct a plus Strong project management skills Technical background a plus
Primary Skills Required Recent working experience in online merchandising of marine related products Familiarity with email marketing regulations and email best practices Advanced knowledge of marine industry products and services Excellent oral and written communication skills Microsoft Office Suite Working experience with HTML, XML, Adobe Photoshop a plus
