Senior Business Planning Representative

Act as a functional lead for Demand Planner driving enhancements to the I2 Demand Planner module, participating in the forecast enhancement process, providing both business and technical direction for I2 Demand Planner including interaction and training of the user community. Additionally, provide a key support role for I2 Master Planner including functional direction, analysis, and participation in the redesign effort. Provide business analysis related to Supply Chain Planning as required.

Requirements:

Education:
Bachelors Degree required, Masters preferred

Requirements:
Minimum 5 yrs experience in advanced forecasting techniques and associated tools.
Exposure to other Advanced Planning tools such as Master Planning and Demand Fulfillment and capable of adapting to new platforms as required.
Exposure to and familiarity with Sales and Operations (S&OP) processes.
Strong project management experience.
Strong negotiator.
Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of the organization and reach consensus with various people/teams that are not reports.
Experienced with receiving, evaluating, and developing enhanced system and business processes.
Experience with system upgrades as well as user education and interaction.
Experience with the design, formation, data analysis, and presentations necessary to drive the change management process.
Ability and knowledgeable with APS tools as well as comfortable providing both technical and business direction.
Strong Analytic skills including experience with tools for analysis (e.g. advanced Excel functions, SQL for data mining etc.).
Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Business Objects desirable.
