Senior Level Inventory Planning and Purchasing Professional

ATC, a progressive Supply Chain Management company seeks a Senior Level Inventory Planning and Purchasing Professional with a minimum of 10-15 years related experience for their corporate headquarters located in Carlstadt, NJ.

 

Position Overview:  Individual will play an integral role on the senior management team and take a ?hands-on? approach in directing the inventory planning, selection and purchasing functions for the company?s Industrial Supply Chain Division.  Successful candidate will have experience forecasting demand and optimum inventory levels, selecting and managing vendors, negotiating supplier contracts and developing metrics to ensure success in the responsible activities. Incumbent will also be responsible for developing and implementing company policies regarding inventory planning and purchasing.

 

Candidate must have a BS Degree in a related area (Engineering preferred) and be able to demonstrate exceptional data analysis capabilities and have significant proficiency utilizing MS Access and Excel, including designing queries and a thorough understanding of ERP/Inventory systems.  Individual must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.  Successful candidate should be highly organized and resourceful.
