Shipping/Receiving Inventory Clerk

Job Description:

 

Responsibilities:

-Receiving material shipped from various sources

-Matching receiving paperwork with all corresponding internal paperwork

-Packing and shipping materials to various warehouse locations throughout the country and internationally.

-Assist in maintaining accurate inventory in all warehouse locations

-Expedite current open purchase orders.

-Take active part in quarterly company physical inventory

-Assist in resolving invoice/PO discrepancies

 

Additionally, this position requires working collaboratively and amicably with other Company employees to achieve the overall welfare and best interests of Nestor Traffic Systems

 

Job Requirements:

* Knowledge of procedures shipping UPS, FedEx and DHL.

* Ability to lift packages not usually to exceed 60 lbs.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to effectively interface with staff and suppliers.

* Must be detailed oriented and well organized.

* Have good computer skills

* Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
