Shipping/Receiving Supervisor

Immediate need for a supervisor with inventory experience for our Shipping/Receiving department.

1.?????????Required conformance to Delavau?s SOP?s, cGMP?s (21 CFR 211) OSHA requirements and safety

???????????? procedures.

2.????????????????? Reviews daily shipment schedule and, in discussion with other warehouse team members, plans and

????????????prioritizes daily work schedule to meet customer delivery requirements.? Alerts team members to any

??????????? special truck loading configuration or customer delivery requirements.

3.????????? Checks specifications sheets and other written instructions to meet customer specifications.? Personally

???????????? checks pallet of product on first shipment to a new customer.

4.??????????Reviews daily inventory of finished goods in warehouse against anticipated delivery schedules to

???????????? minimize amount of handling and damage to finished product.

5.????????????????? Leads team members in conducting daily safety check of forklift trucks, restraining systems for tractor

???????????? trailer trucks.

6.??????????Review all shipping documents for completeness and accuracy.

7.??????????Ensure shipping coordinators and material handlers are trained in all aspects of their daily

???????????? responsibilities (safety, SOP?s, manman transactions, etc.).

8.??????????Oversees loading and unloading of outbound product, inbounds vendor products and warehouse raws

???????????? and components.? Directs raws and components to proper departments.

9.?????????? Determines carriers, routes, weight for each shipment according to customer?s requirements.?

10.??????? Schedules delivery times and passes onto carriers.

11. ????????????? Checks all documents prior to shipments.

12.?????????????? Checks product for proper QC releases, product properly palletized and wrapped for shipments.?

13.????????Ensures carriers use load retainers when necessary.

14.???????? Maintains all appropriate logbooks per customer requirements.

15.???????? Make sure all other departments have items necessary to run on a daily basis.

16.???????????? Make a pull list to order from Geiger warehouse back to main for all other Dept.

17.???????? Keep inventory as needed, sending what come and send back what don?t need to ware house.

18.???????????? Keep the area clear for Granulation to produce

19.???????? Send finish goods to warehouse.

20.?????????Keep inventory supply all other for all Dept. need (Drums trailer, wood skids trailer plastic skids

21.??????????????? Communication between warehouse and other departments.?
