Sr SOS/eCommerce Fulfillment Analyst


Under the direction of the Director ? SOS/eCommerce Support, this position is primarily responsible for the analysis and development of the Special Order Sales and eCommerce fulfillment programs. This position will coordinate with other affected business areas to ensure efficient and cost-effective fulfillment options are integrated seamlessly with the multiple sales channels.

Essential Job Functions of the Sr SOS/eCommerce Fulfillment Analyst will include:
?Evaluate current fulfillment processes and system requirements for SOS, Lowes.com, and WEX sales
?Define process, vendor requirements, and system needs for fulfillment options including, but not limited to, SOS Express, Direct Delivery/Vendor Direct, WEX, parcel shipping, in-store staging for customer pickup
?Support the operations of the SOS Express and Lowes.com parcel fulfillment locations to ensure the facilities have the systems and processes to support large-scale pick-pack-ship programs
?Coordinate new programs and on-going status updates across multiple business areas including, but not limited to, IT, Logistics, Supply Chain, Store Operations Support, and Merchandising


Preferred Qualifications Required Qualifications:
?3-5 years experience gaining detailed knowledge of Lowe?s corporate structure and store, eCommerce, and/or supply chain operating practices.
?Must have in?depth, detailed knowledge of DART, EXCEL, Document Direct, MS PROJECT, WORD, and OUTLOOK
