MCE is currently seeking Stockroom/Shipping/Receiving Supervisor for our NY location. The ideal candidate will supervise the functions of the stockroom, materials control and over the counter sales.  Coordinates ordering and the transfer of materials with HQ.  Is responsible for weekly ABC inventory counts and the yearly physical count.  Is responsible for insuring that all material transfers between HQ, Glendale and customers follow the prescribed processes and are entered into the inventory system.  Does a daily receipt on goods into SAP.  Insures that inventory is kept at optimum levels.

 

? Purchasing, shipping and inventory control experience.

? Possess good reading, writing and math skills.

? Excellent command of the English language (verbally and written).

? Familiarity with computers, spreadsheets and inventory-materials software.

? Good communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.

? Good leadership skills.

? Able to lift 25 pounds.

? Ability to work overtime a must.

Ability to lead by example and motivate self and shipping team.
