Organization: Accenture Procurement Solutions

Location: San Antonio, TX

 

As a Supplier Management Analyst you will be part of a highly skilled team that is located in San Antonio, Texas and will be responsible for supporting the Category Sourcing Leads in the development of the contractor/temp labor through a fully managed preferred supplier program.  Primary responsibilities will include being a point of contact and coordination for supplier management issues, reviewing and understanding contracted SLA?s with suppliers, collecting analyzing and reporting supplier performance metrics, working on various programs aimed at increasing compliance to the preferred supplier program and supporting supplier audits.  This role is within the Contractor Procurement Category, which is Accenture?s largest and most strategic category of spend.

 

Qualifications

 

Required Skills: 

2 or more years of procurement-related experience in a corporate procurement

department, ideally with an emphasis on temp labor or services categories

Bachelor?s degree in Business, Supply Chain is preferred

Independent with the ability to work well in a team environment

Experience working with data to produce meaningful reports

Ability to coordinate data collection across various internal (and possibly external) sources

Ability to interpret data and share with appropriate audiences

Prior supplier management experience is a plus

Prior general procurement experience is a plus

Prior experience working in the contractor procurement industry is a plus
